Gail Candora is the lifeblood of the Chris Woodard Team’s day-to-day operations. With a myriad of skills and prior experiences to draw from, Gail is a highly qualified member of the CWT team. Aptly dubbed the “chaos coordinator,” Gail has her hand in just about everything we do. Gail brings a sense of levity to our office and always treats clients and colleagues with respect and the utmost attention. Gail Candora assumed the position of transaction manager in March of 2016 and has been making a positive impact ever since.
Prior to pursuing Real Estate, Gail had a decade-long career at an international children's charity called Plan International. While with Plan International Gail took on numerous responsibilities, which is something Gail excels at. Gail was primarily involved with Corporate Relations where she interfaced with large corporations and civic groups about donations. Gail was tasked with traveling extensively both domestically and internationally as a representative of Plan International showing donors what impact they were having in developing countries.
Gail's experience provides her with a perceivably endless aptitude for task management, customer service, and most importantly - patience. Gails is here to help in any and every way possible and make your day while doing it. Gail is a pleasure to work with and the Chris Woodard Team is proud to have her on board.
Gail currently resides in Riverside in a lovely home she purchased from her grandparents in 2012, the same home that has been in her family since 1967. Gail says this is her favorite place in the whole world. Gail enjoys spending time with her husband and dog when she's not involved in interior design, renovation, exploring local eateries, or her other favorite hobbies.
